He has his own products with organic tomatoes and will be opening a restaurant in Los Angeles in addition to Pizzeria Bianco.

He believes in “zero waste” by taking any food that is left over in the kitchen to a farm in Chandler, Arizona to be composted. In return, he purchases their fresh eggs.
